In 1993, he graduated with honors from the Mechanics and Mathematics Department of Lomonosov Moscow State University, specializing in mathematics and applied mathematics. In 1997, he defended his PhD thesis there on the topic "On the characteristic vectors of solutions to systems of differential equations."

In 2002-2013, he worked as the head of the Mathematics Department at the All-Russian State Tax Academy of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.

In 2013-2015, he headed the Mathematics-2 Department at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.

From September 2015 to June 2016, he was Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Information Technology. From July 2016 - Deputy Head, and from December 2017 - First Deputy Head of the Department of Data Analysis, Decision Making and Financial Technologies at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.

Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology and Big Data Analysis of the Financial University. He was awarded the Certificates of Honor of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Taxes and Duties (2004) and the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation (2011). He also has a letter of gratitude from the Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation (2006).
